Cait is a student at the River Falls High School and has a background of gymnastics from ages 5-13. In her spare time she enjoys playing volleyball, softball, babysitting, and spending time with friends and family. She loves being able to coach children in gymnastics and watching them learn and grow as young gymnasts.
Sydney started gymnastics when she was in 6th grade. She is now on the RFHS gymnastics team. Sydney's favorite events are beam and bars. She is also on the RFHS dive team with two time state qualifier and she is on the track team.
Cheree started gymnastics at the young age of 5 and worked her way up to compete at a state level with her high school team in Cottage Grove, MN. This is also where she found her passion for coaching. What she loves most about coaching is being able to influence children both on and off the mats. Cheree and her husband of 12 years currently reside in Ellsworth WI, where they both enjoy giving back to their community and spending time with their three children (ages: 14, 5 and 4). Whether it be playing volleyball in their backyard, watching them preform on stage at dance competition and recitals or traveling around the Twin Cities to watch their oldest play lacrosse.
Rochelle was a gymnast growing up and has coached gymnastics for the YMCA as Head Instructor and Program Coordinator. She has a long career in dance including more than a decade of working at 3 of Minnesota's largest studios as a dance instructor, studio director and tap and pointe instructor. Rochelle also has an MBD in Fine and Performance Art and has many years of performance experience as a ballerina. In her free time, Rochelle enjoys volunteering, organic gardening and surfing with her husband.
Kristi has been coaching gymnastics since 2002 and loves it! She loves working with kids and being able to see them improve and grow. She has coached many levels, from perschool to boys and some team levels. Kristi has a degree in Physical Therapy. Outside of the gym, she owns a Dog Daycare in Stillwater, MN called Under One Woof. She has three dogs and one daughter. In her free time, she loves to read and spend time with family.
Venessa has coached for RFGC for 2 years. She started as our Team 4 and 5 coach during the 2015-2016 season and is now a recreational and competitive level substitute coach. She also has two daughters who are both in gymnastics.
Angel began doing gymnastics and dance at three years old. She has coached for five years between both sports. Outside of gymnastics , she is an active member of the dance theatre program at UWRF. Angel is a communicative disorders major and Spanish education minor, and hopes to work in a elementary school in the future. She love spending her free time with her friends and her cat "Birdeie".
Lola has been dancing since she was two years old. She started gymnastics when she was in the 3rd grade at RFGC and continued until 5th grade. When not dancing, she enjoys spending time with friends and being active. Lola loves spending time with kids of all ages. What she loves most about being around kids is watching them grow and being able to say that she got to be apart of that process.
Emilee started gymnastics at age 4 at RFGC and continued doing gymnastics up until she started high school. When not doing gymnastics, she enjoys spending time with friends, playing volleyball, and babysitting. Emilee enjoys spending time with kids of all ages and enjoy seeing gymnasts grow and achieve new skills.
Evan has been in the gymnastics world for most his life. Starting at the age of 6 and working his way to be a competitive gymnast throughout high school, he has competed for many years and has placed in numerous state and regional competitions. Evan is currently attending UWRF and is majoring in Criminology and International relations along with competing as a track athlete.
Dan is a student at UWRF and currently coaches our Team 1-5 gymnasts.
Cat is a RFHS gymnast and student and has been in gymnastics since she was four. Outside of gymnastics she enjoys practicing color guard, playing flute with the high school band, and spending time with family and friends. She enjoys getting to know the gymnasts and watching each gymnast grow both physically and mentally.
Emmy, a current UWRF student, comes from Cameron WI. She was a gymnast at Deutch's Gymnastics Training Center USAG for 14 years, ending her gymnastics career as a Level 9 gymnast. She has almost 6 years of coaching experience. Although she prefers coaching, she also is a rated USAG judge for Levels 3-5.
Kym has many years of gymnastics experience as a gymnast and a coach. She has coached for pre-school through high school levels in the Twin Cities before joining our RFGC coaching staff. She is currently a substitute coach for RFGC and she also has two daughters in gymnastics.
Becca is a student at UWRF majoring in Health and Human Performance and Adapted Physical Education. Becca was a gymnast and has prior coaching experience for a gymnastics summer camp in her home town. Becca is also a member of the UWRF track team.
Allie is a RFHS student and a former RFGC gymnasts for the past 6 years. She enjoys being around kids and having fun in the gym.
Cassidy grew up in Belle Plaine MN. She is currently a student at UWRF, majoring in Elementary Education. She has a background in dance, most recently dancing for the Belle Plaine Dance team and the Pointe Dance Academy. She also has a lot of experience working with young kids after teaching kindergarten Sunday School and nannying for the past five years.
Sydney is a elementary education major and a communicative disorders minor at the University of River Falls. She was a gymnasts for 14 years and finished her senior year with a team state championship. Outside of school and work, she enjoys chilling with her dog Huckleberry and going up to her cabin with family and friends.
Morgan has been in gymnastics since she was about four years old and went through the RFGC program until High school. She competed on the High School team. She likes spending time with family and friends.
Marina has been doing cheer and gymnastics since she was little. She has helped coach a competitive cheer team and high school gymnastics team from back home. lifeguard and assistant childcare teacher. Marian attend UWRF for pre-vet and am involved in River Falls equestrian team and rodeo club. She played many other sports including soccer, softball and swimming. She volunteers a lot through her church and community.
Debbie has coached for RFGC for many years and was a gymnast herself. Debbie is currently our head competitive coach, overseeing our competitive program and she also coaches our Team 1-3 gymnasts.
Mariah loves working with kids of all ages.She enjoys watching and helping kids grow and learn through gymnastics. She was a gymnast on the RFHS team.
Nancy is a graduate of UWRF where she was member of the gymnastics team. Nancy worked for RFGC through her college years coaching intermediate levels and training team. Nancy works full time for the MN DNR and will be volunteering her time to coaching her daughter Ella's class.
Maddie started gymnastics at age 4 at RFGC and worked up to compete on team for 4 years. She was a gymnasts on the RFHS team. When not doing gymnastics
Maddie likes spending time with her family and friends. She loves working and being around kids of all ages. Maddie hopes to teach them what the sport has to offer, and help them grow in their lives both in gymnastics and their lives out side the gym.
Sonja started gymnastics at age 3, went through the whole RFGC program. She was on team for 3 years and competed for the River Falls High School team. Outside of gymnastics Sonja loves to hang out with friends, go to sporting events, and babysit! She enjoys watching kids grow and learn through gymnastics.
Megan is from Hastings, MN where she competed for Hastings Gymnastics Center USAG. She is a graduate of UWRF with a degree in Animal Science. Megan has over 10 years of coaching experience and currently coaches our Team 1-3 gymnasts. When not coaching Megan is a Veterinarian Technician.
Molly competed for UW LaCrosse gymnastics and she directed JR Eagles gymnastics in LaCrosse, WI. In 1997 she coached the Onalaska High School, and then coached for Hudson High School from 1998-2012. In 2007, Molly was WI state coach of the year for Division 1 gymnastics. She is still working at the Hudson High School as a physical Education and dance teacher. Molly is now enjoying her time introducing the sport of gymnastics to her daughter.
Ruthie is a former RFGC gymnast. She competed on the club team for four years and then competed for the River Falls High School gymnastics team. She has competed at the state level all 4 years and was part of the 2010 State Championship Team. She enjoys coaching and seeing the young gymnasts achieve new skills! Ruthie coaches preschool, recreational levels and competitive levels.
Emily is a former gymnast of RFGC and also competed for River Falls High School. She has a degree in Marketing and International Business from UW Madison and has experience in business management. She enjoys spending time outside with her husband and three young children.
Stephanie is a graduate of UWRF with a degree in Secondary Education, with an emphasis in Exercise and Sport Science and a Minor in Coaching. Growing up she competed as a USA Gymnastics (USAG) gymnast and later went on to compete for her high school. Stephanie has over ten years of experience coaching gymnastics. She has a certificate in USAG Preschool Gymnastics Fundamentals and National Exercise Trainers Association’s (NETA) FIT KIDS. Outside of the gym she enjoys being active with her husband and children.
