River Falls Gymnastics Club Programs

The River Falls Gymnastics Club offers several great programs. Our Jungle Gym program is designed to introduce children 18 months - 6 years to gymnastics while our Recreational program offers beginner through advanced classes for children 7 - 18 years old.  Our Pre-Team and Team programs offer an opportunity for gymnasts to be a part of a competitive gymnatsics team. Click the links at the left to learn about these different programs.

Class schedules are found under the schedules tab at the top of the page.

SAFETY RULES: Parents please read and enforce these rules to help keep our gym safe.

1. Know there is risk. Know that gymnastics is a very hard sport and that it can be dangerous. You have to be careful or you could get hurt really bad. So be very careful and listen to your teachers.
2. Be supervised. Make sure your teachers are with you before you go on any of the equipment. That means nobody, including siblings, are to go on the equipment before and after class.
3. Dress appropriate. Wear your leotard, or shorts and a t-shirt tucked in. No jewelry or shoes, bare feet preferred. Hair needs to be up and out of the face and no gum is allowed in the gym.
4. Communicate clearly. Make sure your coach knows what you're going to do before you do it. Make sure you know what you are doing before you try something. Listen to your teachers.
5. Be prepared to participate. Be dressed and ready with a smile when you come to class. Be on time.
6. Complete basic skills first. Make sure you know how to do easy skills before you try to do a harder skill.
7. Know the skill. Be sure you know how to do the skill before you try it. If you don't understand, tell your teacher.
8. Always follow through. When you try a skill make sure you do the whole thing because if you stop in the middle you will get hurt. We don't want you to land on your head.
9. Know your limitations. If you don't think you can do a skill then don't try it.
10. Please put your belongings in a cubby so people have room to sit and watch or walk through the walkway. If you have boots and jackets or large backpacks, you may want to leave them in the hallway where there is more room.
11. Please clean up after yourselves and help us keep our gym clean!
12. There is no yelling, running or playing in the hallways! We did get some complaints about this last year.
Parents- With the exception of Koalas, you are free to leave during classes. There is a very limited area to observe and would encourage parents to run some errands or walk the halls (about 7 Laps around the halls of Meyer Middle School = 1 Mile), to help with the congestion of that viewing area. Thanks!

Refund Policy
We will refund the entire program fee when the class is cancelled due to not enough enrolled in that particular class or if for some reason we need to cancel a class due to gym or coaching conflicts. If an individual cancels their registration within 24 hours prior to the beginning of the program, a $5.00 processing fee will be retained to cover administrative costs. No refunds will be given after the program begins unless there is a medical reason (broken bone, injury, hospitalization, etc…).

Make-up Policy
Each student is allowed one make-up per session. To do a make-up class, you must call 425-6007 and schedule which date and class you will be going to. Not every class will be allowed to have make-up students come because they are too full. We will help you find one that is available. Also, this way we will not have too many students doing a make-up at one time.
