Gymnastics Coaches

Level: Preschool and Recreational levels
Requirements: Responsible for coaching gymnastics classes for ages 18 months and up.  Seeking passionate and energetic individuals who have an interest in gymnastics and working with children.   
Qualifications: Gymnastics experience required.
Hours: 4 to 20 hours per week.

Competitive Coaches
Level: MAGA Competitive levels, USAG Level 5-8 equivalent
Requirements: Responsible for coaching practices and meets for competitive level.  Responsible for creating practice plans and routines for gymnasts, and communication with parents regarding meets and team commitments.  Seeking passionate and energetic individuals who enjoy working with children and have strong communication skills.
Qualifications: Experience coaching upper level or competitive gymnastics preferred.  Gymnastics coaching experience required.  
Hours: 6-10 hours coaching per week and meets (5+ per season), evening and weekend hours required.  

Floor Manager
Responsibilities: Directly responsible for front end operations, supervision of coaches, customer service and interaction with parents.  Duties include working with staff to improve coaching and customer service skills, providing regular performance feedback of all coaches, interfacing with parents to provide quality customer service and ensuring gym safety standards are met. Seeking a candidate that works well with others, has strong communication skills, and has attention to detail.  
Qualifications: Gymnastics experience required. Personnel management experience preferred.
Hours: 8-15 hours per week, evening and weekend hours required.  

Skill Development Coach
Responsibilities: Directly responsible for program content development and staff development.  Responsibilities include developing lesson plans, skill progression requirements, rotation schedules, staff training material.  Also responsible for training new staff, completing spotting evaluations for new staff, and assessing upper level gymnasts for advancement.  
Qualifications: Gymnastics experience required. Gymnastics coaching experience preferred.  
Hours: up to 10 hours per week, evening and weekend hours required.
